Do you offer pre–payments?

We offer the option to pay in advance for your Beanstalk account. To pay ahead,, all you need to do is login to your Beanstalk account, click on the "Account" tab, click on "Plans & Billing", then click on the "purchase credits" link (if you're currently on a free account) at the bottom of the page. You can choose from 3, 6, or 9 months, as well as 1, or 2 years in advance.

If you're a paying customer then click the "make a one-time payment" link in the upper right corner of the page. 

This will add credits to your account that will be used towards your monthly plan costs. On the next screen choose the payment amount and click the "Make Payment" button. 

After you have clicked the button, and the payment is processed from your credit card, the payment amount will be added to your Account Balance.

You can always see your current balance on the Account page. On your next billing date, we will withdraw the amount from your account balance instead of your credit card. Your invoice will reflect this information both in the email and in the invoice in your Account. In the past invoices section, you can see if you made a payment from your credit card or account balance. You can also view invoices for advance payments.

Please note: If you don't have enough credits in your current account balance, we will charge your credit card for the difference. Only account owners can add an account balance. Credits purchased in advance are nonrefundable. We recommend testing to confirm that Beanstalk will meet all of your needs before purchasing credits in advance.
